Week 8 Comments and Feedback

When I looked back at the comments from the other students in this class, I have found them all very positive and encouraging. This is very good for my writing because I am honestly not confident by any means. Since my classmates encourage me to keep writing stories, it makes the assignments a lot more enjoyable.
When it comes to my responses and feedback to others, I had a hard time at first. All of the stories that have been published have been very good, in my opinion. So, it has been hard for me to find feedback that will help with their writing. But, I am starting to get used to giving constructive criticism.
Everyone in the class has such interesting stories and backgrounds. Having an introduction to each person in the class has made an online lecture a lot more personal. After looking back at my introduction, I feel like I wrote myself in the right light. I wish I made it a little bit more detailed, but I am able to share more about my life in the comment section.

I am currently a senior at the University of Oklahoma majoring in International Studies with 3 minors.   Throughout my time at OU, I have had the opportunity to study abroad 2 times. I chose to go to Seoul, South Korea each time. I started learning Korean at a young age, so I was able to adjust to Korean life very fast. During my stay there, I was not only a student, but I also worked at an NGO in marketing to help with North Korean defectors. This experience for me really changed my point of view because I was able to learn about other cultures while learning more about myself.    As soon as I turned 18, I did not know what to do with my life, I always followed what my friends were doing. Week 2 Story: Always the Villain

This pond was special because there was an abundance of fish and wildlife. Among the wildlife, there was a crane. This crane was no ordinary crane, he was lonelier than the rest. Day by day, he would befriend the fish in the pond because of his lack of crane friends. Crane: "Hey guys! How are you today?" The Fish (in unison): "Hey crane! We are good. Do you want to play with us today?" In response, the Crane agreed. He just wanted to have some friends. Being a crane is a lonely life. As time passed, he grew hungry from playing in the water.
