My Top 3 Readings:

How the Monkey Saved His Troop
-mango tree by the river
-the monkey take from the tree
-the fruit fell in the river
-the king tried the mango
-the king wanted to kill the monkeys too
-the monkey cheif saved the rest of the monkeys
-the king took care of the cheif the rest of this life

The Foolhardy Wolf
-a lion wanted to kill the buffalo
-the wolf became a servant to the lion
-the wolf beame stronger
-he wanted to kill an elephant himself
-the lion said it was not possible because only lions kill big animals
-the wolf missed his aim
-the elephant killed the wolf

The Elephant and the Dog
 -the dog went to the kings stable for the elephant
-they became good friends
-a farmer bought the dog
-the elephant became depressed
-the two were reunited at the end

I am currently a senior at the University of Oklahoma majoring in International Studies with 3 minors.   Throughout my time at OU, I have had the opportunity to study abroad 2 times. I chose to go to Seoul, South Korea each time. I started learning Korean at a young age, so I was able to adjust to Korean life very fast. During my stay there, I was not only a student, but I also worked at an NGO in marketing to help with North Korean defectors. This experience for me really changed my point of view because I was able to learn about other cultures while learning more about myself.    As soon as I turned 18, I did not know what to do with my life, I always followed what my friends were doing. Week 2 Story: Always the Villain

This pond was special because there was an abundance of fish and wildlife. Among the wildlife, there was a crane. This crane was no ordinary crane, he was lonelier than the rest. Day by day, he would befriend the fish in the pond because of his lack of crane friends. Crane: "Hey guys! How are you today?" The Fish (in unison): "Hey crane! We are good. Do you want to play with us today?" In response, the Crane agreed. He just wanted to have some friends. Being a crane is a lonely life. As time passed, he grew hungry from playing in the water. It was getting closer to his lunchtime. We suggested to the fish that they play by a tree. He did not know that fish could not breathe out of the water.
